  • 前言

    本书根据技能型紧缺人才培养培训工程机电一体化专业的教改方案要求,结合
    机电一体化专业课程教学和英语基础课程教学而编写。
    本书是高等职业院校基础英语的后续教材。本书的教学目标是使学生熟悉机电
    一体化设备操作与维护中常见的英文,为学生今后阅读相关的英文说明书及资料,
    掌握机电一体化设备的操作与维护及进一步学习打下良好的英语基础。
    本书包括机械技术基础、控制技术基础和机电一体化设备应用3 个模块,共有
    13 个任务。模块1 主要介绍机械工程、机械制造、数控编程和公差及测量等机械技
    术基础知识;模块2 主要介绍电气控制、液压控制、气动控制和PLC 控制等控制技
    术基础知识;模块3 主要介绍数控机床、数控电加工机床、工业机器人、自动化生
    产线和机电设备的安全与维护技术等机电一体化设备应用技术。
    本书主要特点如下:
    (1)按照学生认知规律创设功能模块,任务取材遵循“专业、实用、易学”的
    原则,贴近专业生产实际。
    (2)任务内容选取紧密结合专业课教学内容,起到巩固专业课教学内容的作用。
    (3)根据任务内容,选择恰当的图片(课文翻译部分只保留有翻译内容的图片),
    图文并茂,更直观,更有助于学生理解教学内容。
    本书由天津中德应用技术大学于海祥,天津冶金职业技术学院冯艳宏、张帆任
    主编;郑州铁路职业技术学院刘源、天津中德应用技术大学赵歆、天津冶金职业技
    术学院李焱任副主编。具体编写分工如下:于海祥编写了模块1 的任务1、任务2
    和模块3 的任务4;冯艳宏编写了模块1 的任务3、任务4,模块3 的任务3、任务
    5;张帆编写了模块2 的任务2~任务4;刘源编写了模块3 的任务1;赵歆编写了
    模块2 的任务1;李焱编写了模块3 的任务2。全书由于海祥统稿。本书由天津冶金
    职业技术学院李桂云教授主审并对本书提出了许多宝贵意见,在此一并表示感谢!
    本书适合作为高等职业院校机电一体化技术、数控技术、机械制造与自动化、
    工业机器人等专业的教材,也可作为相关岗位培训的参考书。

  • 作者介绍

    于海祥,天津职业技术师范大学在读博士生,研究生毕业于天津大学机械制造及其自动化专业,从事数控技术、机电一体化专业教学十一年,参与一项国家级特等教学成果奖(排名第四)、三项国家级教学成果二等奖、四项天津市级教学成果一等奖的建设工作,主持天津市级教育科学研究规划项目课题一项,主持天津市教改课题一项,是国家级精品资源共享课《机械设计基础》教学团队成员。冯艳宏,硕士研究生毕业于天津大学机械制造及自动化专业,从事数控技术专业教学十年,参与天津市十三五规划课题2项,主持中国职业技术教育委员会课题1项,主持天津市高等教育研究会课题1项,参与天津市教委重点课题2项。主编教材2部,其中一部为十二五职业教育国家规划教材,参编教材3部,发表论文十四篇。张帆,硕士研究生毕业,天津冶金职业技术学院机械工程系骨干教师,从事机电一体化专业教学工作,参与天津市十三五课题两项,主持网络课程建设一项,主持精品课程建设一项,发表论文10篇,主编及参编教材5本。
